Every couple's story looks different, and every moment on your wedding day means something specific to your relationship. I'm just lucky enough to be there capturing it, so you get to hold onto it forever.
how it works
The first step we will take is a meet and greet. Your wedding photographer is the one person who is with you all day on one of the biggest days of your life, it's important to me that we establish a personal connection :). I want to hear about your desires and expectations as well as answer any and all questions you have or didn’t even know you needed to ask.

We met, we fell in love, and now you are ready to lock in your date. You’ll pay your retainer, sign your contract, and then the planning begins! I’ll send you guides and questionnaires to help guide you and hone in and learn more about your specific story and desires. I will continue to be your partner as we go through each step together.

At this point you have a lot on your plate. While you are planning and preparing for the big day, I will quietly be waiting on the sidelines, but always at your disposal for anything you need. If you have an engagement session, we will plan and implement that right away! I promise this will be your favorite part as I like to make engagement sessions just like one big ‘ol, fun date night! One month out from your big day, I will send you a questionnaire with everything I need to know. The intention will be to have all of our details planned out no later than 2 weeks out from your day. So 2 weeks out from your wedding day, you will have one less thing to worry about :)

Absolutely! Since every couple is different, I am happy to create a package that fits your photography checklist + budget for your big day.
how would you describe your images?
Documentary-first and candid — the real laughter, the in-between moments, the ones you'd miss if you blinked. But I also love creating a few bold, styled portraits with real personality mixed in, not just posed-and-done. Golden, warm light is my signature, with black-and-white pulled in for the quieter, more emotional moments. And if there's a horse, a surfboard, or a vintage car nearby — I'm probably going to find a way to use it.
How will i receive my photos?
I deliver all my photos through an online gallery. You can share these galleries with family + friends, and all photos can be downloaded directly from the gallery. If you’d like a thumb drive of your photos, let me know, and we can get something arranged!
how long until i get my photos?
I'll get your photos to you as soon as I possibly can! To make sure every gallery gets the care it deserves, I set aside 1-2 weeks for portrait sessions and 6-8 weeks for weddings. Depending on my schedule, they might land in your inbox even sooner — so keep an eye out! I know waiting is the hardest part, but I promise the wait is worth it. I'm making sure every single photo is exactly right before it reaches you.
Should I do an engagement session?
Yes, yes, and ummm … YES! There’s no better way for a couple to get comfortable in front of the camera. Plus, as your (potential) wedding photographer, it’s SO helpful to get to know you beforehand through an engagement session. Did I mention you'd get some bomb photos too? It’s always nice to have some more casual photos outside of the ball gown + suit you’d get on your wedding day.

how much do you charge for travel?
Great question! I love a good adventure, so if your wedding takes us somewhere new, I'm always up for it. Here's how travel works: for driving distance, it's a flat $25 an hour of round-trip drive time. If we're far enough apart that flying makes more sense, I ask for the flight plus two nights of hotel to cover the trip. Want the real number for your venue? Absolutely — travel is basically my love language. Whether it's a couple hours away or somewhere I've never been, if you want me there, I'm in. Just fill out my contact form with your location and I'll get you the details.
How does payment work?
No stress here — here's how it works: a 50% retainer holds your date on my calendar, and the other 50% isn't due until 30 days before your wedding. If that timeline doesn't quite fit your life, let's chat — I'm always happy to build a custom payment plan that works for you.
